Hi, the 1st link in previous response was a lot of extensions that save to pdf. Adobe DC reader should preserve all links I would think. I use Acrobat Pro 11 installed as standalone and plugin for both FF and Chrome and that for me works better when capturing web pages with link and extras.

Changing the properties of an existing link affects only the currently selected link.
